I’m a down-to-earth and pragmatic HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience. I'm an empathetic people-person who likes to work hand in hand with business owners who value their staff. Is that you? Would you like it to be you?

You won’t catch me using classic ‘HR speak’ as I prefer to use language that you (and your employees) will understand.

I try to make HR non-scary and like to handle things with sensitivity and compassion. My ultimate goal though is to give you the tools and confidence to manage your own people.
