Throughout the claim we liaising with you to keep you up to date with the claims progress.
I operate as a loss assessor, settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises as part of the Aspray network.
Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can also instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works.
After I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service, whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration works for you, no matter how big or small.
There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any reinstatement works completed. Please note, any excess stated within your policy wording, will still apply.
