We will continue to communicate our message to the wider business community, to take our place in that community and we will make major decisions as a collective and take minor decisions through our management committee – a committee made up of members who have been voted into office.
We will treat all visitors with respect and make them feel welcome. We will honestly explain to members that they need to be proactive within the group and to maintain a high attendance record, with rare absences.

To build an ongoing relationship with those less fortunate in our community by offering a ‘gifted’ place to a third sector organisation.
As we work with each other in collaboration and pass referrals between us, we all thrive in our own businesses. This builds our own wealth and health alongside the wealth and health of each other’s endeavours. For us, wealth does not always mean money changing hands. It can mean support, caring or exchange of services. We value any support between members.
We are a group with integrity and pride and we have committed to building the group’s profile to the point where we are the most established business referral group in Swindon, if not in Wiltshire.
We are a not-for-profit group and our extra funds are invested in the group for the good of us all – marketing activity, charitable support, social and business networking events. The latter are often very low cost, if not totally free and open to all.
We believe in honesty in business and we will have honest and open conversations between members, even when those conversations are difficult.
We will share and support each other in the group through a range of activities including educating fellow members about our own expertise and taking the time to listen to the expertise of others.
We will share our contacts and referrals in a spirit of trust and respect – and we will receive such referrals and contacts in the same manner. Therefore we share outcomes from those connections and show gratitude for them, even if it doesn’t lead to new business.

We will honestly explain that any member will be asked to be proactive, to ensure they are present regularly and, on the odd occasion, they cannot attend, they will send a ‘sub’ in their place to help bring new faces into and through the group.
